Why FTP creating flash slideshow does not work?

Q: Hello. I'm using your Cu3ox unlimited license. I try to upload via FTP does not work it throws this error: Connectiong to host failed: Host not found. (note Test This Location returns Connection OK)

A: Check that you selected the created location from the list of available locations till you
press Publish button.



Are you able to connect by FTP using the same FTP settings in other FTP Manager?
