License agreement for flash slideshow swf

Q: My team was able to download, but we can't seem to find the license agreement for it. You know, the wordy document full of legalese? Can you please send me the license agreement that I need to comply with when using the commercial license to this software?

A: 1. Cu3ox.com grants you a non-exclusive license to use Cu3ox according to license type and number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose.

2. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for Cu3ox: Non-Profit and Commercial.
2.1 Non-Profit License is intended for a non-commercial use at non-commercial websites. Non-Profit License is free.
2.2 Commercial Licenses allow using the software for profit purpose, on commercial websites. Commercial Licenses allow installing the Cu3ox app on maximum two computers.
Single Website License allows the licensee to use the software for ONE website/domain.
Unlimited Website License allows using the software on an unlimited number of websites the licensee owns or develops.

3. You MAY NOT:
3.1 distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, sell or transfer this software or any portion of it to other person or business;
3.2 remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this software;
3.3 modify, decompile, duplicate, "unlock", reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the source code or structure, sequence or organization of this software;

Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

4. All copyrights to Cu3ox are exclusively owned by Cu3ox.com.
Any copy of this software, as well as created code, must contain all of the original copyright notices.

5. CU3OX IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE CU3OX AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
