Menu publishing error in free 3d slideshow maker

Do you know what could be causing this? I really like the app. and want it working.

A: You can get message "Menu publishing error" if the layout of your page is not correct.

Please, check the layout of your page (i.e. that all tags are closed).

    Is there a trick to get this to work on a windows 7 pc? It seems to install but the program fails to open. I’ve installed, uninstalled, installed and I am just about ready to uninstall and forget about it.
