How do I separate set transition types using banner flash template?

Q: How do I separate set transition types using cu3ox (unlimited edition)? I know how to separately set up, down, left, right, etc and the number of segments, but I don't know how to individually specify 'transition type'. I can only set this for all.
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
